Bonney's Inn under a clear blue sky. The inn is cream with a red roof and has stairs leading to the front door. The stairs have lovely green shrubs either side.

Experience a truly unique stay at historical Bonney’s Inn Circa 1830 Deloraine Tasmania; a Heritage Listed Building with a fascinating history and the kind of warmth and charm that only a home of its age can afford. Bonney’s Inn was Deloraine’s very first brick building and is nestled right in the beating heart of this wonderfully creative and colourful village. We are just footsteps away from boutique shops, art galleries, cafes, olde world pubs and an easy stroll away from the green banks of the stunning Meander River.

Our guest rooms contain more on the intriguing history of the Inn and the families who built and lived in it over the years. We very much look forward to you becoming part of its story and sharing our special little slice of Tasmania.

Deloraine features an array of restaurants, pubs and cafes – plenty to choose from. The Meander River has a beautiful walk and if you’re lucky you’ll spot a platypus swimming about in the water. In the summer the river is a perfect place to cool off – or even try your hand at a spot of fishing.

We love living in Deloraine, Tasmania and hope that you’ll come to stay at our Inn and discover all of its wonders with us.
